Implementing Your Health Information System

Did your medical practice or hospital receive a WHIC grant? Congratulations! Now it's time to go forward with implementing or expanding your electronic medical record, patient care registry or other health information system.

(NOTE: Even if you didn't get a WHIC grant, if you are implementing or expanding a health information system in your medical practice or hospital, use the following information.)
